Our experience with Lorraine Mah was absolutely excellent! When we decided to sell our house, we called Lorraine, who was recommended through a friend. She was out of the country on a holiday. The staff in her office were instrumental in getting our house on the market very quickly in her absence. They have a real team effort approach with excellent customer service skills. As luck would have it, our Victoria realtor gave us Lorraine's name with a view to finding us a new home in Edmonton that would satisfy our needs and budgetary limitations in a very tight time window when the market was not providing much choice. Using the internet and e-mail, a few possible properties were identified and we arranged for Lorraine to show us those and any others she thought might suit us, over the course of a planned four day house hunting trip to Edmonton. Before that trip, Lorraine provided us with pertinent details on some properties we had identified by monitoring mls.ca. During our house hunting trip, Lorraine was always accomodating to our schedule and punctual with appointments. In fact, during our rushed house hunting trip, Lorraine must have shown us more than 30 homes. By the end of the third day, we were beginning to get discouraged, but Lorraine remained cheerful and patient with us, and in the last hours of our trip, we identified a couple properties that seemed to meet our requirements. Finally, the last hours of our stay in Edmonton, in large thanks to Lorraine's experience and advice, we successfully completed negotiations on a very nice home. We had accomplished what we had at times seemed impossible, and were able to return to Vancouver Island to prepare for our move.
